•  When calling for assistance, please start with your name and address.

• If your property has been informed that it has British Gas cover, you will need to contact British Gas instead regarding any issues during the tenancy.

• Please note that if the contractors access the property and determine the issue was caused by the contract holders' actions, the contract holders may be liable for the contractor's call-out charge and repairs.

• Please do not risk your safety by attempting a repair. Especially where electricity, water, or gas involved.
