You can move into your property on the date specified in your contract, once your occupation contract is signed and your first rent payment has cleared. Please contact us to arrange key collection.
Keys are usually collected from our office on the day your tenancy begins. To arrange a date and time to collect your keys, please email admin@2let2.com at least 14 days before your contract start date.
Before attending your key collection appointment, please ensure that the rent has been paid and cleared. Only individuals named on the contract are permitted to collect keys.
Before the end of your contract, we will contact you to discuss whether you would like to renew your tenancy. If you decide not to renew, please inform us as soon as possible so we can begin advertising the property.
There are certain contractual obligations that must be completed before the deposit team can discuss the return of your deposit. Please refer to the deposit section of your occupational contract for more information.
Clean thoroughly, remove all belongings, return keys, and make sure all bills are settled. We’ll carry out a final inspection once you’ve left.
Once the guarantor documentation and referencing process have been successfully completed, the office will request your deposit in order to arrange its protection. Following confirmation that the deposit has been secured, your contract will be issued to you via DocuSign for review and signature.

Rent can be paid by bank transfer or standing order We’ll send payment details once your tenancy is confirmed.
